Malaria Spreads

As the model paired with the winning designer of Project Runway: TCNJ edition, Chloe graced the pages of Elle magazine for a fashion shoot with a famous photographer!

Well we all remember how last season on Project Runway: JNCT edition, winning designer Michelle M. not only designed flawless, creative outfits, but did so with her controversial model, Malaria. Since Malaria was paired with Michelle M., she too was guaranteed a spread in a fashion magazine. So we've all been wondering, where is Malaria's spread??

Well I got word from her personal designer/servant/manager Michelle M. and we finally get to see what Malaria's been up to... That is, if you haven't been to any newsstands lately. Michelle writes:

"As you can see from the National Enquirer, Malaria went off the deep end (probably because she couldn't deal with the fact that she didn't officially win PR:JNCT). So she was shipped off to rehab until she got her act together. But now SHE'S BACK. And forget the crummy magazine spread prize. Malaria only does COVERS."

So glad to see Malaria is still relevant a year after winning the competition! I can't wait to see where she pops up next...

Enrico’s Jungle Walk

Finally, after spending all of his time in Mexico learning and helping the locals, Enrico awoke to find that he had a whole day to explore on his own. He decided to go on a jungle walk to see if he could see any exotic Mexican wildlife.

As he walked, he heard the some amazing chattering overhead. Looking up he saw the cutest most adorable monkeys. Hmmm, they looked familiar ….

Further on, hidden in the leaves was the coolest looking iguana he’d ever seen. He was amazed how familiar the animals looked but he couldn’t put his finger on why.

He continued to walk enjoying the sounds of nature when he stopped, shocked. A gorgeous jaguar was facing him on the path. It was unlike any jaguar he’d seen in the zoo or in pictures. It seemed to sway with a rhythm that compelled him to start humming “Womanizer”.

Not much further, he came to an amazing Mexican temple hidden in the jungle for centuries. Could he really be the first to discover this amazing find?

After climbing to the top of the temple, Enrico arrived just as a beautiful bird descended to meet him. She promised him a life of immortality if he would fly away with her. He fell in love at that precise moment.

Just as he reached for her hand, she disappeared in a blinding flash of light. Enrico awoke to find himself in his 4 star Mexican hotel.

It had all been a dream. There had been no chattering monkeys, no handsome iguana, no beautiful jaguar and no heavenly parrot come to make him immortal. It was all the result of that gigantic burrito with extra hot peppers he’d had for dinner the night before.

But he’d always remember his dream.

Montezuma's Kahn's Revenge

Heading over for what passes for Mexican food in my neck of the woods, I was reminded of my little Snickerdoodle and his trip to Mexico.

Meanwhile, somewhere in Mexico...

After a day of digging latrines,

seeing the sights,

or whatever the hell our boy is doing south of the border,

Enrico decides to unwind at the local cantina.

But Enrico is oblivious to the WRATH OF KHAN!

One sip later...

* Charo is not Mexican, but she is awesome. Cuchi cuchi!

Suddenly, across the room... a vision in black and white.

The next morning...
